Hi, Today I tried to connect mobile app while running Aurora app on pc and I was unable to connect to the app. I tried everything I could, restart the app, pc etc but nothing worked out. I am attaching the screenshot of the error as shown on my Aurora app.
I request you to please help me connect to mobile app. The mobile app was working without any issue yesterday.
This is what error says- Mobile app - Failed to update. Status code InternalServerError 500

I believe this is a temporary issue, I had some login problems with Aurora today. I suggest you keep trying it until tomorrow and let us know if it still fails

Just wanted to let you know that I’m facing the same issue on iOS 17.5 please advise if there is a workaround. Thanks for your hard work.

The work around I found works is logging in as guest, but that only works for me is that I am tier 7, I know that it can work offline for tier 7 premium users, so it may not be an option for you.

When does this error occur? On main page in Aurora or when you're opening a trainer? Or after that?
If its with a trainer, is it just a specific trainer? Have you tried other trainers?
