I keep getting the error message "The following error has happened: Invalid memory access> Error#313

I keep getting the error message "The following error has happened: Invalid memory access--> Error#3135" when trying to play the updated Fallout 4 (v. 1.10.980.0.0)
What does this mean?
According to the (Steam) game's options menu, the game is version 1.10.980.0.0, and the latest CH trainer says that it only works with Fallout 4 version 1.10.980.0.1.
I have looked and re-downloaded Fallout 4 to see if I can get the 1.10.980.0.1 version of the game, but I don't think one exists. What should I do?
If I can't get this update to work right, is there a way to downgrade to the previous version of the game?
